1. Affiliation disclaimer

Stagecraft is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, RedM, or Tebex. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only nominatively to describe the markets and platforms our tool covers.

2. What Stagecraft is not

Stagecraft is not a marketplace, reseller, asset host, or checkout system. We do not publish, edit, or distribute creator listings on third-party platforms. We do not bypass any platform's rules. We do not aggregate paid asset files, buyer email addresses, or any login-walled content.

3. Acceptable use

Stagecraft is for analytics and intelligence about your own and competitor creator businesses. You may not use Stagecraft to scrape Stagecraft, redistribute data dumps, impersonate other users, or violate the platform terms of any source we cover.

4. Subscription & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unusable service or billing errors.

5. Data & deletion

We delete account data within 30 days of account closure. You may request export or deletion at any time from your settings page or by emailing help@stagecraft.gg.

6. Limitation of liability

Estimates and signals produced by Stagecraft (Opportunity Finder scores, Quality Score, forum-mention demand) are derived from public data — never guarantees of revenue or sales. Stagecraft is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of these signals.
